Vicki Nino Osby was drawn to Childhaven before she ever set foot in its doors.
Working in the field of child welfare and mental health, she had heard a lot of good things about Childhaven. Here was an agency that was focused on very young children and their families, with a mission of preventing and stopping abuse and neglect. Here was an agency that was truly changing lives, she says.
In 1998, she joined the Childhaven team as Program Director of the Eli Creekmore Branch. Five years later, she was hired to oversee all the agency’s programs as Senior Vice President of Program Operations.
Vicki is a licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Washington State University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington.
Over the last century, Childhaven has built a reputation that extends far beyond child welfare and mental health circles.
